    Returns

    All of our products are handmade by us in our Iowa studio with care and attention to detail. We hope you love your new purchase and we want you to be happy with everything you buy from Be Transformed Studio. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your item. We are happy to offer you a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. If your item is unused and received by us in the same condition that you received it, then you will be entitled to a refund. We do not accept returns on custom orders and sizes. To start the refund process, please contact us by phone (515) 217-8181 or email contact@betansformedstudio.com. Once we have authorized the return, we will send you a shipping label. Please ensure your items are wrapped carefully to prevent damage. Items must be returned unused and in the same packaging as received to be eligible for a refund.

     

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. After approval, we’ll send you a refund to your original payment method within five (5) business days.

     

    Exchanges
