Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds

All of our products are handmade by us in our Iowa studio with care and attention to detail. We hope you love your new purchase and we want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. We offer refunds within 30 days of your purchase. If you product arrives damaged, we will replace it promptly at no cost to you. Please let us know right away If you are unhappy with your purchase or if it arrives damaged. Unless the product is damaged, the return must be received in the same condition that you received for a refund. We do not accept returns on custom orders and sizes. To start the refund process, please contact us by phone (515) 217-8181 or email contact@betansformedstudio.com. Once we have authorized the return, we will send you a shipping label if your item is damaged. Otherwise, you are responsible for buying the return label. The original cost to ship your items will not be included in your refund. Please ensure your items are wrapped carefully to prevent damage. Items must be returned new and in the same packaging as received to be eligible for a refund. We will issue your refund to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within five days of our receipt of the return. Please contact us if you have any questions. Thank you.

Exchanges
